If you’re reading this, you’re very likely wondering how your jewelry will get to you—or wherever it needs to be—in time for the holidays. Here’s the unvarnished truth: shipping is complicated, and weather happens. You deserve to know that from the start. Below are our shipping details and cut-offs so there are no surprises. Standard Shipping
2nd Day Air remains our default—and complimentary for orders over $2,000.
Orders over $3,000: Complimentary overnight shipping.
Orders under $3,000: Overnight is available for $30.
Shipping cutoffs:
• Next Day Air: Final ship date is 12/23
• 2nd Day Air: Final ship date is 12/22
One small but important thing to note: we’ll continue to ship overnight up until our very last day, but we cannot guarantee delivery. If a package does make it against the odds—consider it one of those small miracles the season is famous for. As always, we appreciate you and your interest in our jewelry. Even though our website is open 24/7, we, the humans who run the website, work "normal business hours", meaning we are open Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM. If you inquire about a product or a purchase over the weekend, we will absolutely respond but it will likely be on the following Monday morning. Please know that we will be in touch.
