And, we may have buried the lede here...when you spend, let's just say a very long time, developing something, you become fluent in it. You know every little mechanism, every possible configuration, every strange thing it can do. And then eventually you have to hand it to another human being and find out whether any of that makes sense. The humans we handed Donut to first are two of the people who know our jewelry the best. They are some of our earliest collectors, one of the first buyers of our work, and one of the first people to sell our work. You may recognize Missy Mettle and Laura Taft, but we are so grateful that they agreed to be our models for this very special piece. We shot Donut at Marla's house because it felt like the right place to capture the certain level of familiarity we hope you all achieve with it.
