We are hiring someone who will be in the nitty gritty of our busy, innovative production process.

You will work closely with our Production, Wholesale and Customer Experience team to ensure our customers and stores only receive beautiful products they will love and cherish and perhaps pass down as heirlooms. You will report to the Production Manager.

Details:

• Learn, understand and master every aspect of product knowledge to help our customer experience team excel
• Testing products for optimal functionality, finish, and overall beauty
• Quality control checks on all new products and repairs
• Process production orders and follow up on order status
• Prepare DTC and Wholesale orders for our workshop
• Organize existing inventory and raw materials
• Track production process between various vendors and workshops
• Assist with large wholesale orders to ensure accuracy prior to shipment
• Assist the production with ad hoc production requests

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an inventory or production role
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of jewelry, diamonds and fine materials is preferred
• Knowledge and use of perpetual inventory system
• Eye for design, proportion, wearability and quality control
• CAD and/or bench experience is a plus

Salary range: $63,000-65,000
